As a Single Mother it is often difficult to raise children on your own with financial responsibilities, well being of your children, house chores and of course most importantly to be in the right state of mind to worship our Lord Allah (swt).

Therefore we are forming a Sister's Group called 'Al-Ukhtiyyah' where we can talk about as much or as little about our lives and experiences in complete confidentiality.  Often we attend many groups, events and functions but find that we can't really sit and talk about some personal issues we may have or feel confident to ask for support. Sometimes we may even feel judged and this hinders us from forming a real Sisterhood.

There are two ways you can get involved.

1.  Join us on our Facebook page and express your views and experiences. 
2.  Join our Al-Ukhtiyyah sister's group in West London where you can meet, share your experiences and express your views on any issues you feel strongly about.  Most importantly feel confident that we are now a Family and will be there for each other.  It's not all serious we can organise trips to really bond and have fun insha allah!
